The Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team. This entry-to-mid level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is eager to build a career in the lighting, electrical, or energy services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers across all phases of project execution
Participate in Quality Control calls and report issues to the Project Manager
Submit and track product submittals
Perform basic lighting and electrical takeoffs
Assist in reviewing and approving project-related invoices
Coordinate delivery and pickup of waste bins and aerial lifts for job sites
Create and manage project tracking tools
Maintain and update project as-built documentation
Oversee warehouse and storage logistics, including staging, receiving, and material organization
Support updates to internal budget tracking documents
Coordinate travel arrangements for field crews
Enter and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and project schedules
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to gather and relay project updates
Help review fixture schedules, architectural plans, and related documentation
Schedule meetings, site visits, and project calls as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and digital project folders
Desired Skills and Experience:
1+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or administrative role
Experience in lighting, electrical, or construction-related industries is a plus
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Smartsheet and ParSpec is a plus
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced project environment
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
