our Services within Maintenance + Service
After the initial construction is complete, we provide a number of ongoing services, including expeditious handling of any defective or damaged products. We also provide Return Goods Authorizations and coordinate material returns when necessary and handle warranty claims during the manufacturer’s warranty period.
We can design and implement a complete programmed maintenance solution to meet the needs of all of your sites, ensuring their lighting systems are operable and functioning at the proper capacity. We will repair, repair and replace, and replace it based on a predetermined arrival schedule, allowing us to keep outages and site issues to an absolute minimum. Specifically, until we can do a formal retrofit.
We can assess and determine any issues which may be present to prevent unwanted failures and operational interruptions at the wrong time. Keeping your field service reliable and consistent is key to your facilities always in the best of operating conditions.
We can operate as a manufacturer's field support for labor for defective materials at your sites. Whether for follow-up to our turnkey retrofit or simply to fix products whether we provided
