Several of the Milestone-operated senior living communities faced aging inf rastructure and outdated lighting systems. Common issues included inconsistent color temperatures, inefficient fixtures, and high maintenance demands.
The objectives were clear:
Upgrade lighting to improve efficiency and reduce operating expenses
Improve ambiance and lighting consistency to enhance resident well-being
Deliver solutions across multiple states, on a capital timeline, with minimal disruption to care
AWL conducted detailed lighting audits at each location, designing custom retrofit packages that addressed the specific functional and aesthetic needs of each space—from resident rooms to shared amenities.
