The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee key client accounts and projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining our high standards of service and commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and cultivate relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
Prepare and manage budgets, proposals, and quotes for potential and existing customers.
Stay informed about new and existing products, and continuously seek knowledge to enhance service delivery.
Coordinate project activities with contractors, architects, and retail customers.
Directly manage project execution, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with customers, contractors, and sales representatives.
Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
Facilitate the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Manage order entries, sales and purchase orders, scheduling, tracking, and coordination of material deliveries and installations.
Interpret and manage plans and fixture schedules.
