With more than 25 years of experience in operations across retail, manufacturing, and distribution, Azer oversees AWL’s IT and ERP systems, supply chain operations, regulatory & legal compliance, and facilities and vehicle fleet maintenance — keeping projects efficient, safe, and reliable for clients nationwide.
Azer joined AWL in 2020 after meeting founder Jeff Jensen and the leadership team. What began as an interview quickly became a shared vision for growth. “It was the best professional decision I ever made.” he recalls. Since then, Azer has helped modernize AWL’s operations, including leading the transition to ERP Oracle NetSuite, now the backbone of the company’s project management, supply chain, and financial systems.
Collaboration is at the heart of Azer’s leadership style. He believes AWL’s family-owned culture creates an environment where teams move quickly, support one another, and stay focused on the customer. “We succeed because we support each other,” he says. “That teamwork is what makes AWL unique.”

Outside of work, Azer is passionate about travel, sports, and music. He has explored destinations worldwide, with Barcelona ranking as a personal favorite. A dedicated soccer and basketball fan, he follows the San Jose Earthquakes and Golden State Warriors. Music is another lifelong passion and has seen legendary bands like Guns N’ Roses, Metallica, and AC/DC, Live, crossing them off his bucket list of must-see concerts.
